GRANTING FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN City of Edina
7700 FRANCE AVENUE SOUTH
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDINA that the Final
Development Plan dated January 25, 2005, and presented by Frauenshuh Companies is
hereby approved conditioned upon granting the necessary easement for a turn lane from
France Avenue to Minnesota Drive and the Watershed Distric permits.
Adopted this 15`x' day of February, 2005.
