GRANTING FINAL PLAT City of Edina
APPROVAL TO TINGDALE BROS.
BROOKSIDE 2ND ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, that that certain
plat entitled, "TINGDALE BROS. BROOKSIDE 2ND ADDITION", platted by Mark A. Jones, and
Denise M. Jones,husband and wife, Farzad Fereshekhou, single, and intersavings Bank, FSB, A
Minnesota Corporation, and presented at the regular meeting of the City Council on May 3,
2005, be and is hereby granted final plat approval conditioned upon Subdivision Dedication of
$19,200.
Passed and adopted this 3=a day of May 2005.
