A RESOLUTION SETTING AUGUST 2, 2005 City of Edina
FOR HEARING DATE FOR
TRANSFER OF CONTROL OF
CABLE FRANCHISE FROM
TIME WARNER CABLE TO
COMCAST CABLE COMMUNICATIONS,LLC
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, that a public
hearing shall be held on the 2'd day of August, 2005, in the Council Chambers at City Hall at
7:00 P.M. to consider the transfer of control of the cable franchise from Time Warner Cable to
Comcast Cable Communications, LLC; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City clerk shall give mailed and published notice
of such hearing as required by law.
ADOPTED this 5th day of July, 2005.
