GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND FINAL PLAT
APPROVAL TO ARROWHEAD HEIGHTS
6800 INDIAN HILLS ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, that that
certain plat entitled, "ARROWHEAD HEIGHTS", platted by Legacy Holdings-ED, LLC,
a Minnesota Limited Liability Company, and presented at the regular meeting of the
City Council on August 2, 2005, be and is hereby granted preliminary plat and final plat
approval conditioned upon Subdivision Dedication of$28,000.00.
ADOPTED this 2°a day of August, 2005.
