Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Housing and Redevelopment Act of
the State of Minnesota, and by virtue of my office as Mayor, I hereby appoint Scott
Johnson, of Edina, Minnesota to serve a term which coincides with his term of office as
Council Member, said term ending, January 1, 2000.
IN WITNESS whereof, I have hereunto signed my name as Mayor, of the City of
