RESOLUTION NO. 2017-126
SET PUBLIC HEARING
FOR NOVEMBER 21, 2017
FOR LAKE NANCY LAKE ASSOCIATION REQUEST
FOR CITY COORDINATED AQUATIC SERVICES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, that a public
hearing shall be held on the 2111 day of November, 2017, in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m., to
consider the request by Lake Nancy Lake Association for City coordinated aquatic services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shal gi` a mailed and published notice of such hearing
and improvement as required by law.
