Between Oct. 26 and Nov. 19, five pieces of a clay sculpture were stolen from Fred Richards Park. The sculpture, “Three Trees” was deconstructed into nine pieces before being moved and stored at Fred Richards, while the Edina Promenade was under construction. This theft may be related to another incident in which a large bronze statue was stolen from Heritage of Edina between 3:45 p.m. and 5:55 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23. If you have information regarding these incidents or suspects, contact the Edina Police Department at 952-826-1600 or police@EdinaMN.gov, any time of day. Your identity may remain confidential. The Edina Crime Prevention Fund is the sole judge of any point of contention regarding the reward, and any decision on any issue connected with the reward is final.
