I’m excited for the opportunity to take my previous experience and apply it to serving the citizens of Edina.” Zech graduated from Century College with an associate degree in Law Enforcement. He has worked as a police officer for five years at the Centennial Lakes Police Department, which includes Circle Pines, Lexington and Centerville. Before that, he served in the U.S. Army National Guard as a military policeman and was deployed to Iraq in 2009. “With Jaren’s previous law enforcement experience and personality, I believe he will be a very good fit with our department and will serve our residents well,” said Chief Dave Nelson.
