‘Walk with the Mayor’ to held at Southdale Center Jan. 21
Edina, Minn., Jan. 5, 2017 –Jim Hovland will lead his monthly “Walk with the Mayor” at Southdale
Center, 10 Southdale Center at 9 a.m. Jan. 21.
Join the mayor in the walk around the mall to have a discussion about City developments and other
important events. Participants should meet at Caribou Coffee in the center court of Southdale
Center.
“In the words of Hippocrates, ‘Walking is man’s best medicine.’ Join the mayor in walking to better
health,” said Nicole Gorman, the City of Edina’s Recreation Supervisor who helps plan the events.
The walks are usually held the third Saturday of each month at 9 a.m.
