Mayor to lead monthly walk at Southdale Center Feb. 18
Edina, Minn., Feb. 9, 2017 –Jim Hovland will lead this month’s “Walk with the Mayor” at
Southdale Center, 10 Southdale Center, 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18.
Join the mayor in a walk around the mall and chat about events and developments around the city.
Participants should meet at Caribou Coffee in the center court of Southdale Center.
“The mayor is looking forward to spending a Saturday morning with residents talking about what’s
going on around town,” said Sulekha Mohamed, the City of Edina’s Executive Assistant who helps
plan the events.
The walks are typically held the third Saturday of each month at 9 a.m. and last about an hour.
