Exposing readers to a diversity of voices is one goal of the event. “I think it will give people in Edina an opportunity to find new writers and new books that they would enjoy for themselves and others,” said Jessica Mork, Edina Art Center’s volunteer coordinator for literary events. The following authors are scheduled to attend: Midge Bubany, author of the Cal Sheehan mysteries Jessie Chandler, Goldie Award-winning author of the Shay O’Hanlon capers Barbara Deese, author of the No Ordinary Women mysteries Pat Dennis, stand-up comedian and author of “Hotdish to Die For” and the Betty Chance mysteries Christine Husom, author of the Snow Globe Shop mysteries In addition to a panel discussion, there will be readings and time for a question-and-answer session.
