$1,000 Reward Offered in Pamela Park Vandalism
Edina, Minn., May 5, 2017 — The Edina Crime Prevention Fund is offering a $1,000 reward for
information leading to the arrest and charging of the person or persons responsible for recent damage
at Pamela Park.
Sometime overnight on April 23, a person or persons pried open the utility box that controls the field
lighting at Pamela Park, causing more than $4,000 worth of damage to the equipment.
“We take vandalism very seriously and are actively investigating this incident,” said Sgt. Nate Mendel. “If
residents ever witness suspicious behavior, they could call 911 immediately to report it.”

826-1600, any time of day. Your identity may remain confidential. The Edina Crime Prevention Fund is
the sole judge of any point of contention regarding the reward, and any decision on any issue connected
with the reward is final.
