The event has been hosted by Edinborough Park, 7700 York Ave. S., for the last 11 years. Kevin Hall will provide family entertainment with an upbeat and interactive magic act. Two shows will be held back to back so that all can take part in the action. The “Not-So-Scary” party will have a snapchat filter for personal photos taken during the event, trick-or-treating, games and mask-making crafts. Specials will also be available at Peak Café. “This is one of our favorite annual events,” said Edinborough Park Assistant Manager Dawn Beitel. “It’s a really a great opportunity for families to come together. Not-so-scary decorations and costumed staff and volunteers help to make the event a memorable one for the entire family.” Costumes are encouraged, but not required. Admission for the event is $10/child through Oct. 26 and $11/child on the evening of the party. Adults are free with a paid child admission.
