Walk with the Mayor at Wooddale Park
Edina, Minn., Sept. 19, 2017 – Edina Mayor Jim Hovland will lead the monthly “Walk with the
Mayor” 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, at Wooddale Park.
“This summer has been a great summer for Walk with the Mayor. Residents got to enjoy a good
walk around local parks with fine conversations and great Minnesota weather,” said Executive
Assistant Sulekha Mohamed.
Participants should meet the Mayor at the park at 6:30 p.m. In the event of rain, walkers should meet
at Caribou Coffee in the center court of Southdale Center at 6:45 p.m.
Starting in November, Walk with the Mayor will be held the third Saturday or the month.
