A RESOLUTION AUTHO IZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN T E CITY OF BLOOMINGTON
AND THE CITY OF EDINA FOR WATER UTILITY
LABORATORY SERVICES
City of Edina
WHEREAS, the City of Edina is in need of access to laboratory services to support Edina
public water utilities activities; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bloomington can provide these services through a shared -cost
arrangement that is financially supported by te Cities of Edina, Saint Louis Park and
Bloomington; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement shall cover the period of January 1, 2002, to December 31,
2002, and shall be automatically renewed each yer without notice, unless either of the parties
agrees in writing to terminate the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Edina City Coun
Mayor and City Manager to sign the Agreement
Bloomington.
