BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, that that
certain plat entitled, "BLAKE HEIGHTS ADDITION", platted by T/C Builders, Inc.,
and presented at the regular meeting of the City Council on January 15, 2002 be and is
hereby granted preliminary plat approval.
