AUTHORIZING EXECUTIO OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS AND
THE CITY OF EDINA FOR PRANT FUNDED SERVICES
City Of Edina
WHEREAS, the City of Edina has receiveldcertain grant funds from the Minnesota
Department of Public Safety, Office of Drug Poli y and Violence Prevention to provide law
enforcement services through the Minnesota Financi l Crimes Task Force; and
WHEREAS, the City of Edina has reprsent d itself as competent to provide the services
required by that certain grant; and
WHEREAS, the City of Minneapolis wishes to engage the City of Edina to provide said

services beginning on January 1, 2002, and countil terminated by either party.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Edina City Cbunc
Mayor and City Manager to sign the Agreement
Minneapolis.
