AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION F SUBRECIPIENT AGR EMENT
WITH HENNPIN COUNCIL AND A Y THIRD PARTY AGRE MENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Edina, through
Hennepin County, is cooperating in the Urban He
Program; and

WHEREAS, the city of Edina has developed a proposal for the use of 2002 Urban Hennepin
County Community Development Block Grant funds made available to it; and
WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing on March 19, 2002, to obtain the views of citizens on
housing and community development needs and priof ties and the City's proposed use of $175,942 from
the 2002 Urban Hennepin County Community DeVelo ment Block Grant.
