WHEREAS, the Edina City Council on the 40h ay of March 2002, fixed a date for a Council
hearing on the proposed street reconstruction, Improvement Nos. BA -318, S-25 and TS -26; and
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given,
and the hearing was held thereon on the 2nd da of April 2002, for Improvement Nos. BA -318,
TS -25 and TS -26 reconstructing West 77th Street from Pentagon Park Driveway to Parklawn
Avenue and install traffic signals at W 77th & C mputer Drive and W 77th 9z Parklawn at which
time all persons desiring to be heard were g'ven an opportunity to be hear thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED th t th Council has duly considered the views of all
persons interested, and being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby determine to
proceed with the construction of said improvernent, including all proceedings which may be
necessary in eminent domain for the acquisition of necessary easements and rights hereby
designated and shall be referred to in all s'bse uent proceedings as Impr vement Project Nos.
BA -318, TS -25 and TS -26 reconstructing Vest 77th Street from Pentagon Park Driveway to
Parklawn Avenue and install traffic signals at W 77th & Computer Drive and W 77th &
Parklawn.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Improveme t Nos. BA -318, TS -25 and TS -26 reconstructing
West 77th Street from Pentagon Park Drivev ay ' Parklawn Avenue and stall traffic signals at
W 77th & Computer Drive and W 77th & Parla is hereby ordered as proposed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City E:
this improvement. The engineer shall cause
making of such improvement.
