WHEREAS, the Edina City Council on the 171h
day of July 2001, rec
ived a petition from
Timothy J. and Kim D. Dulas requesting the i
stallation of curb and
tter on the westerly
edge of their property located at 4511 Lakeview
Drive; and
WHEREAS, January 22, 2002, Timothy J. and I
(im D. Dulas signed a
agreement waiving
their right to any public hearing on the requeste
I improvement or publi
hearing on the final
special assessment for the installation of said rec
uested improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tha� Imrovement

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City f
