had just graduated in an impressive ceremony
was in full swing at Edina High School; and

and the help of many City of Edina staff, and
WHEREAS, a generator provided by the Cit} of dina to the High School allowed the concert,
planned for 3:30 A.M., to go on; and
WHEREAS, the willingness of the City of Edina staff to "Go the Extra Mile" was a powerful
connection for the Class of 2002 and heir parents.
