separate tracts of land do not interfere wth t ie Subdivision and Zoning Regulations as
contained in the Edina City Code Sections 811
1 and 850;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolve by the City Council of the City of Edina that
the conveyance and ownership of the above described tracts of land (PARCEL A and
PARCEL B) as separate tracts of land are h eby approved and the requirements and
