RESOLUTION NO 2003-25
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT
FOR FRETHAM ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, that that certain
plat entitled, "FRETHAM ADDITION", platted by Curt Fretham and presented at the regular
meeting of the City Council on February 18, 2003 be and is hereby granted preliminary plat
approval subject to the following two conditions:
1. Subdivision dedication based upon the raw value of the land; and
2. Obtaining the necessary Watershed District Permits
Passed and adopted by the Edina City Council this 18t" day of February 2003.
