RESOLUTION NO. 2003-30
WHEREAS, the City of Edina and the State of Minnesota propose to enter into a
Grant Agreement with respect to the South Metro Public Safety Training Center,
and
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota requests that the City of Edina adopt a
resolution clarifying ongoing operational responsibilities for said training center.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Edina will assume
responsibility for the operational maintenance cost of the South Metro Public
Safety Training Center, which are not offset by operational revenues.
