APPROVING GEAREN HILL ADDITION city Of Edina
PRELIMINARY PLAT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, that that certain
plat entitled, "GEAREN HILL ADDITION", platted by James and Mary Gearen, and presented
at the regular meeting of the City Council on July 15,2003,be and is hereby granted preliminary
plat approval with three conditions: Final Plat approval;Subdivision Dedication;and forty-foot
conservation easement along Mohawk Trail.
Passed and adopted this 150,day of July,2003.
