WHEREAS, the mission of thi

WHERAS, Minnesota's 2002 Elections included public se ice challenges
not often faced, but handled by the Election Staff in a patient, honest and
impartial manner; and
WHEREAS, Edina Election Staff as isted more than 28,000 Edina citizens
in casting their ballots, including more thn 4,000 people who vot d by absentee
ballots.
