WHEREAS the followingdescribedpropertieslare at resent one trac of land:

WHEREAS, the owner has requested the su division of said tract in o separate parcels
(herein called "parcels") described as follow

WHEREAS, the requested subdivision is au horized under Code Se tion 810 and it has
been determined that compliance with theSubdivision and ZoninF Regulations of the
