APPROVING BLAKE HEIGHTS City Of Edina
PRELIMINARY PLAT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, that that
certain plat entitled, "BLAKE HEIGHTS", platted by T/C Builders, Inc., and presented
at the regular meeting of the City Council on November 3, 2003, be and is hereby
granted preliminary plat approval with three conditions: Final Plat approval;
Subdivision Dedication; and Developer's Agreement.
Passed and adopted by the Edina City Council this 3rd day of November, 2003.
