WHEREAS, the Edina City Council on the 6th of February, 2001, fixed a date f r a Counc hea o

the proposed street reconstruction, Improvement No. BA -304; and
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the earing was given, and
the hearing was held thereon on the 6th day of Mar h 2001, for Improvement No. BA -304 milling the
surface, replacing portion of curb and gutter and adding sidewalk along Wesl 651h Street from Valley
View Road to France Avenue at which time al persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Co ncil has duly considered i he views of all persons
interested, and being fully advised of the pertirtent facts, does hereby determ ne to proceed with the
construction of said improvement, including all proceedings which may be necessary in eminent
domain for the acquisition of necessary easements and rights hereby designated and shall be referred
to in all subsequent proceedings as Improvem nt Froject No. BA -304 milling the surface, replacing
portion of curb and gutter and adding sidew lk long West 65th Street from Valley View Road to
France Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Improvement NJ. BA -304 milling the surfa e, replacing portion of
curb and gutter and adding sidewalk along West 65h Street from Valley View oad to France Avenue
is hereby ordered as proposed.
