WHEREAS, the Edina City Council on the 6th of Fe ruary, 2001, fixed a date f r a Counc> earmofg on
the proposed street reconstruction, Improvement No. BA -322; and
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the earing was given, and
the hearing was held thereon on the 6th day of March 2001, for Improvement No. BA -322, consisting
of widening Drew Avenue six feet, milling and ovei laying the surface, adding a brick paver sidewalk
along the west side of Drew from West 66th Street to West 65th Street, at which time all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to bT heard thereon.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Improvement No BA -322, consisting of widning Drew Avenue six

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engin er is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. The engineer shall cause plans and sF ecifications to be preparefor the making of such
improvement.
