BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota (the "City"), as follows:
1. This Council has investigated the facts necessary to ascertain and does ereby find, determine
and declare that it is necessary and expedient for the City to borrow money by the issuance of
its general obligation bonds in the amount of $35,800,000 to provide f ds to construct, equip
and improve social, recreational and cultural facilities in the City.
