RESOLUTION NO. 2000-10 City Of Edina
REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Edina that the roads hereinafter described
as Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Edina that the roads
described as follows, to wit:
• Grimes Avenue from W. 441h Street to Morningside Road (120-167-010)
• Grimes Avenue from Morningside Road to W. 42nd Street (120-167-020)
• W. 42nd Street from Grimes Avenue to France Avenue (120-168-010)
be, and hereby are, revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets of said City subject to the approval of the
Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
103E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two
certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration.
