RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSIGNMENT OF
SECURITIES IN LIEU OF BOND -
NATIONAL CITY BANK
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, approves the
assignment of its depository, National City Bank, of the following securities, as good
and sufficient collateral for the City of Edina Public Funds deposited in said depository:
