GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT
APPROVAL TO BRAEMAR SECOND ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, that that
certain plat entitled, "BRAEMAR SECOND ADDITION", platted by Frauenshuh
Companies, and presented at the regular meeting of the City Council on February 15,
2000, be and is hereby granted preliminary plat approval with three conditions: Final
Plat approval, Watershed District Permit and Permits from MnDOT.
Passed this 15f day of February, 2000.
