any person, corporation, or municipality ow 'ng or controlling elect ic, telephone or cable
television poles and lines, gas and sewer lines, or water pipes, tnair s, and hydrants on or
under the area of the proposed vacation to c tinue maintaining i the ame, or to enter upon
such easement area or portion thereof vacated to maintain, cepa' , replace, remove or
otherwise attend thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council f the City of Edina,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, that the folowi g described utility lease ent is hereby vacated
effective as of May 15, 2001:

the recorded plat thereof and situated in e County, Minnesota, edicated as a utility

the recorded plat thereof and situated in Hennepin County, Minnesota, dedicated as a utility
easement which lies west of the east 5.00 feet I hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that s id vacation does not affect, and there are
continued, reserved, and retained, by the said resolution ordering the acation, the following
existing easements and authority in, on and tinder the above vacated area: The authority of
