CALLING SUPPLEMENTAL HEARING City Of Edina
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. B-096
CURB AND GUTTER IMPROVEMENT
BROOKVIEW AVENUE AND WEST 56TH STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE EDINA CITY COUNCIL that the Council shall meet
at 7:00 p.m. on the 4t11 day of April, 2000, to consider the making of improvement
B-096 installing curb and gutter on Brookview Avenue and West 56f Street and
the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted this 6f day of March, 2000.
