WHEREAS, the City of Edina, Minlnes a ("City") passed and a,
2000-46, approving the transfer of control of KI3L Cablesystems of the Sc
Time Warner ("Franchisee") subject to certain specified criteria including,
receipt of a signed Acceptance upon thirty ( 0) days of the date of the ttrar
WHEREAS, AOL Time Warner inadve tently failed to execute
Acceptance upon thirty (30) days of the date oft e transfer closing as rlegt
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council for the City resolves as
