A LOT DIVISION FOR 45 5 AND 4565 WEST 77TIi STREET
WHEREAS, the following described propert17 is at present a single tract of land:
Tract B, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 1682, Hennepin County,
Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the owner has

WHEREAS, the requestedi subdivision is a horized under Code tion 810 and it has
been determined that compliance with the Subdivision and Zonin Regulations of the
City of Edina will create an unnecessary hardship and said r1lewly created Parcels as
separate tracts of land do not interfere � ith the purpose of the Subdivision and Zoning
Regulations as contained in the Edina City Code Sections 810 and 85 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved t iy the City Council f t City of Edina that
the conveyance and ownership of thebo e described tracts f laid (PARCEL A and
PARCEL B) as separate tracts of land are ereby approved and t requirements and
provisions of Code Sections 850 and 8 0 a hereby waived to allo said division and
conveyance thereof as separate tracts of land but only to the ext t permitted under
Code Sections 810 and 850 subject to th lintitations set out in Code 3ection 850 and said
