HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 2000-055 Grandview Square Overall Dev Plan w9ir,, RESOLUTION NO. 2000-55 o� e RESOLUTION APPROVING City of Edina GRANDVIEW SQUARE OVERALL DEVELOPMENT PLAN BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, that the Overall Development Plan dated May 11, 2000, by Grandview Square LLC for the Eden Avenue Redevelopment Project presented at the regular meeting of the City Council on May 16, 2000, be and is hereby approved with the following conditions: 1. Final Rezoning; 2. Final Plat; 3. Final Site Plan approval for each phase; 4. Development Agreement between the City, Hennepin County and Grandview Square LLC; 5. Developer's Agreement covering public improvements; 6. Watershed District Permits; and 7. Maetzold, Mayor of the City of Edina, do hereby proclaim the following week of May 21-27 as NATIONAL PUBLIC WORKS WEEK in the City of Edina and I call upon all citizens and civic organizations to acquaint themselves with the issues involved in providing our public works and to recognize the contributions that public works officials make every day to our health, safety, comfort and quality of life.
