EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of EdiTa Fire Department enter nto a cooperative
agreement with the Office of Drug Policy and iol nce Prevention in the Mi esota Department
of Public Safety; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Gordon L. Hughes, City Manager, is hereby
authorized to execute such agreement and ame ments, as are necessary to implement the
project on behalf of the City ofdina Fire Dep u1nimt.
