RESOLUTION
GRANTING FINAL PLAT
APPROVAL TO DOEPKES DIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, that that
certain plat entitled, "DOEPKES DIVISION", platted by R.E.C. Inc. a Minnesota
Corporation, and presented at the regular meeting of the City Council on July 5, 2000,
be and is hereby granted final plat approval with two conditions:
1. Subdivision Dedication of $14,000 based upon unimproved land Value of
$175,000; and
2. Payment of Utility Connection Charges.
Passed this 5th day of July, 2000.
