DATE OF OCTOBER 5,2000,FOR VACATION OF UTILITY EASEM �y
FOR LOTS 5 AND 6,BLOCK 1,BRENDAN GLEN
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE EDINA CITY COUNCIL, that the Council shall meet
at 7:00 P.M. on the 5th day of October, 2000, in the Council Chambers of Edina City Hall,
to consider the vacation of utility easement for Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Brendan Glen.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted this 5th day of September, 2000.
