APPROVING FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
FOR CONCORDIA PROPERTIES LLC,
SOUTHDALE SHOPPING CENTER
THEATER AND RESTAURANT/RETAIL EXPANSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, that
the Final Development plan dated October 18, 2000, for Concordia Properties, LLC,
Southdale Shopping Center Theater and Restaurant/Retail Expansion presented at
the regular meeting of the City Council on November 21, 2000, be and is hereby
approved.
Passed and adopted by the Edina City Council this 21s' day of November 2000.
