APPROVING FINAL PLAT
FOR GRAMMERCY EDINA
City of Edina
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, that that
certain plat entitled, "GRAMMERCY EDINA", platted by Cooperative Communities,
LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company and presented at the regular meeting
of the City Council on November 1, 2005, be and is hereby granted final plat
approval.
Passed and adopted by the Edina City Council this 1St day of 1�ovember, 2005.
