APPROVING RELEASE OF PARKING VARIANCE
7900 - 8000 WEST 78TH STREET
City of Edina
WHEREAS, the City hereby agrees to remove the encumbrance of said parking
restriction;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Edina City Council that the Mayor and
the City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver an Agreement to
release the instrument described herein as Conditions to Parking Variance.
Adopted this 1St day of November 2005.
