RESOLUTION NO. 2018-17
Approving Joint Powers Agreement
Between the City of Edina and the City of St. Louis Park
For the France Avenue Sidewalk
WHEREAS, the City of Edina and the City of St. Louis Park have initiated the sidewalk construction
project along County State Highway No. 17 (France Avenue South); and
WHEREAS, a portion of this project is within the City limits of both the City of Edina and the City of
St. Louis Park; and
WHEREAS, a Joint Powers Agreement is required to complete this project; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City cit approves the Joint Powers Agreement
between the City of Edina and the City of St. Louis Park for the ce Avenue Sidewalk Project.
