RESOLUTION NO. 2018-3S
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF
EMPLOYMENT AND ECONONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CONTAMINATION CLEANUP GRANT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Edina, on behalf of the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority and Edina
Market Street, LLC, has applied for and received a Contamination Cleanup grant from the Minnesota
Department of Employment and Economic Development in the amount of $581,063.00 to identify and
remediate environmental contaminants found at various parcels located at 3925 to 3944 Market Street as
described in the Grant Application dated November I, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Edina City Council hereby accepts Grant No.
CCGP 17-0033-Z-FY 18 and authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Manager to sign the grant
agreement on its behalf.
