Figure Skating Showcase April 27, 28 at Braemar Arena
Edina, Minn., April 4, 2018 – Figure skaters of all ages and even one who competes
internationally will perform during the 52nd-annual Braemar Ice Show April 27 and 28 at Braemar
Arena.
The Friday and Saturday evening figure skating showcases will feature group numbers, solos, duets
and two Braemar Panache Synchro skating lines.
Alex Johnson, who placed eighth at the 2018 U.S. Figure Skating Championships and competes
around the world, will be featured. He and other skaters in the Braemar-City of Lakes Figure Skating
Club and Edina’s Learn to Skate program will perform.
“Musical Legends on Ice” is the theme of this year’s shows, with selections from all generations,
starting with Beethoven and up to the 21st century.
Shows start at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 for students or seniors; $10 for adults. Buy them in advance
at Braemar Arena, 7501 Ikola Way, or at the door.
