RESOLUTION NO. 2018-106
ESTABLISHING PARKING TIME LIMITS FOR
MUNICIPAL PARKING FACILITIES
WHEREAS, Division 5, Article VIII of Chapter 24 of the Edina City Code regulates municipal parking
facilities; and
WHEREAS, Section 24-395 of the City Code provides that time limits for parking within municipal
parking facilities are established by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, The City desires to establish time limits for parking within municipal parking facilities.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EDINA, MINNESOTA that the following time limits for municipal parking facilities are hereby
adopted:
Hourly Time Limits
During Business
