Give Blood Next Week At Edina City Hall
Edina, Minn., Nov. 26, 2014 – Next week, the City of Edina through its Police Department will sponsor a
blood drive with nonprofit Memorial Blood Centers.
All who live or work in Edina are encouraged to donate blood anytime between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Dec. 10, at Edina City Hall, 4801 W. 50th St.
Donors must be at least 17 years old or 16 with a signed parental consent form, weigh at least 110 pounds,
free of antibiotics for at least 24 hours unless taken daily for a skin condition, and symptom-free for at least
three days following a cold or flu.
Sgt. Kevin Rofidal is looking forward to seeing everyone come together and donate. “We are going to try to
fill the Council Chambers and have a good drive,” said Rofidal.
Those who donate may enter a drawing for a chance to win a three-night stay at a Hyatt Place with round-
trip airfare for two.
